The right space, the right size. The HUB provides an opportunity to grow your business, alongside other like-minded organisations. We offer first-class labs and offices ranging in size from 136 ft2 to over 2000 ft2 together with meeting rooms for your events and conferences.
The HUB offer a range of lab sizes fitted labs to Containment Level 2, providing 6 air changes per hour. Lab benching, sinks and drainage are provided together with contiguous write up areas. Our labs are individually metered and are served by a standby generator. They provide fully fitted wash-up, autoclave, ice machine, glass washer and drier and RO water supply.
The HUB has an enhanced level of vibration and structural performance to meet lab needs together with external hazardous waste storage facilities and access to a freezer farm.
We have a range of flexible, fully serviced offices and meeting rooms to fit all requirements.
